Ф3-АМ Ф3-АМ foundation

A precast reinforced concrete foundation serves as the base for equipment supports, portals and steel structures at electrical substations and outdoor switchgear. Being factory-made, it needs no on-site concreting or curing time — it is lowered into the pit by crane and installation can continue the same day. This significantly shortens construction time and ensures consistent quality. Ф3-АМ is made of heavy concrete grade М 400; each unit uses 1,7 m³ of concrete and 253 kg of steel reinforcement (approx. weight 4,25 t). The cage is welded from A500 rebar Ø12–22 mm and tied with binding wire. Embedded steel parts for installation are cast in at the factory. The product is made at our plant in steel moulds with vibration-compacted concrete. Every batch is checked for concrete strength, dimensions and reinforcement placement. We give exact production lead times based on order volume and deliver to site with our own fleet.
